Yes, you can downgrade or upgrade between our plans without any limitations, just let us know.
Does Goodsted have integrations?
We’re working on building integrations with many other commonly used tools & solutions, and are able to offer “Enterprise” clients with custom integrations. Please reach out to us anytime to discuss if we can connect Goodsted with your preferred platform(s). After receiving some technical specifications about your solution, we can share more details about potential costs with you.
Can I make donations on Goodsted?
Currently Goodsted doesn’t offer a donation features, but it’s something that is on our roadmap.
Do we get dedicated support?
We provide dedicated account managers for customers with “Pro” and “Enterprise” subscriptions. However, our Help Centre and Chat support is completely available to anyone. If you have any questions or are facing any issues, feel free to get in touch and we'll get back to you soon.
